By accessing, registering with, or using any feature of the 98jl platform, you expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies applicable to specific games or promotions offered on 98jl — all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 98jl platform. Your continued use of any 98jl service after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms are written in English and are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail with respect to your use of the 98jl platform.

To register and maintain an account with 98jl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in compliance with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) minimum age requirements for online gambling in the Philippines.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing 98jl from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to verify that participation in online gambling is legal in your location before registering.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either voluntary or mandated by 98jl or any regulatory authority, at the time of registration or during the operation of your account.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, agent, contractor, director, or officer of 98jl, or an immediate family member of such a person.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on the 98jl platform. The opening of multiple accounts — whether in your own name, using different identity documents, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

98jl is required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include the PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, and PRC ID. A liveness check and selfie with ID may also be required. Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by 98jl may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 98jl login credentials. You agree not to share your password with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 98jl support immediately via live chat.

The minimum deposit at 98jl is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. All transactions are conducted in PHP. 98jl does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payment methods not explicitly listed on the deposit page.

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits made using a payment account belonging to another individual — are prohibited. 98jl reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit suspected of originating from a third party.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being completed in full. GCash and e-wallet withdrawals typically process within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. 98jl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests at its sole discretion, which may result in processing delays.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• 98jl reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to applicable rollover requirements being met in full.
• 98jl may impose withdrawal limits at its discretion; any applicable limits will be disclosed in your account dashboard.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered by 98jl are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that bonus in addition to these general Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%. Live dealer games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are stated on the promotion page.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active and wagering requirements are pending, the maximum single bet permitted is ₱500 or 10% of the bonus amount (whichever is lower) unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus Per Player: Only one bonus may be active in your 98jl account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Right to Void: 98jl reserves the right to void a bonus and any winnings derived from it if fraudulent activity, abuse of the bonus system, or exploitation of technical errors is suspected.

All games offered on the 98jl platform — including JILI slots, live dealer tables, sports betting, e-sabong, and bingo — are operated in accordance with their individual game rules as published on the platform. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's display and its underlying rules, the latter shall prevail.

All slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fair outcomes. Certified Return to Player (RTP) percentages are available for all slot titles on the 98jl platform. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers via high-definition video stream and are subject to the same PAGCOR audit standards as land-based casino games.

In the event of a malfunction, technical error, or interruption during a game, 98jl reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager amount to the player's account. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake will be provided for games voided due to technical issues beyond 98jl's reasonable control.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 98jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to proceeds of money laundering, fraud, or theft.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in place of a human player.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or sports betting to manipulate outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or bonus abuse that is contrary to the intended purpose of promotional offers.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been deposited and used for wagering.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the accounts of other players or the underlying infrastructure of the 98jl platform.

All content on the 98jl platform — including but not limited to the 98jl name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, data, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of 98jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 98jl platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any 98jl content without the prior written consent of 98jl.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 98jl shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the platform, including without limitation any loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profit.

98jl's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 98jl account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

98jl provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Maintenance windows and technical interruptions may occur without prior notice, though we endeavour to provide advance notification where reasonably practicable.

98jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing harm associated with problem gambling. We comply with all PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements applicable to licensed online gaming operators in the Philippines.

• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion from 98jl at any time. Self-exclusion requests can be initiated from your account dashboard or by contacting 98jl support via live chat. Once a self-exclusion period is active, it cannot be shortened upon request.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session duration reminders and time limits to manage the length of their gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks: 98jl displays periodic notifications showing the duration of your current session to help you stay aware of the time you have spent on the platform.
• Minor Protection: It is a violation of these Terms and Philippine law for any person under the age of 21 to access or use the 98jl platform. Players are responsible for ensuring that no minors have access to their account credentials or devices used to access 98jl.

You may close your 98jl account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure of your account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds with unmet wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method subject to standard KYC verification.

98jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if: (a) you are found to have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) you provide false or misleading information; (c) your account is suspected to be involved in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (d) required under applicable law or regulatory direction from PAGCOR; or (e) continuing to allow account access would pose a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

In cases of account closure due to breach of these Terms, 98jl may withhold the entire account balance and any pending withdrawals pending investigation. Where fraud or illegal activity is established, all funds may be permanently forfeited and the matter referred to appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.

98jl reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via a notification displayed within the platform or sent to your registered email address or mobile number.

Your continued use of the 98jl platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 98jl, you agree to first attempt resolution informally by contacting 98jl customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, or to the dispute resolution procedures established by PAGCOR where applicable.

98jl's decision on all matters relating to gaming outcomes, bonus awards, and account-related disputes shall be final, unless overturned through a formal regulatory complaint process with PAGCOR.
